Charlotte Bound

It is with mixed emotions that Phillip accepted the position as Family Pastor of Elevation Church in Charlotte, NC yesterday. We are so excited to be a part of what God is doing in Charlotte, but we're sad about leaving family, friends and our wonderful church, North Point. Please continue to pray for us as we "put feeet" to this move. As I sit here in the mountains relaxing on family vacation I am overwhelmed at the thought of everything that awaits me when we get home. Phillip's official start date has not yet been determined, however we know we will definitely be there by the first of the year, maybe earlier. Thank you to everyone who has prayed for us during this time. Not only do we value your prayers but we appreciate them more than words can say. If you want to check out the new church here is their website: www.elevationchurch.org

just wanted to send you a huge welcome and few words of encouragement during this time of transition!

we are members and leaders at elevation and very excited to have you and your family join us!!
i am sure that you are going through an emotional roller coaster right now. i understand that, somewhat. we have some very good friends being called away from charlotte to work on staff in a church (in youth ministry) in georgia. as their friends on this side of town, we have been along for their emotional roller coaster ride all though not in the front seat.

i hope we can be a positive and encouraging part of your transition once you land in charlotte! just know that you are being called to be a part of something big. and it is sooo exciting to see your family respond to God's call like this.

we look forward to meeting you in the near future!
